Deb Leroy grew up in Rocky Ford, Colorado where she developed her initial interest in the nursing profession. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of New Mexico and quickly found that nursing was her calling. She went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Nursing at the University of Colorado, Health Sciences and her Master’s degree in Health Administration at the University of Phoenix.

Deb’s nursing career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant and then extended for 23 years as a nurse with the Veteran’s Administration hospitals. Deb moved to Illinois 7 years ago to settle down and get married. She has been with Countryside as the Director of Nursing for over a year and loves the camaraderie shared by staff and residents alike.
