Lynn Blackburn started her career at Countryside back in 1986 right after she graduated from Western Illinois University with her B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation. Lynn has served in multiple positions at Countryside including Activity Director, Medical Records, Reception, Admissions, and for the last three years as the Assistant Administrator.

Lynn says that she is inspired every day by the residents and loves working with these individuals to help them reach their potential. Lynn has always found ways to incorporate her 4 children and her husband into the lives of the residents at Countryside and finds that it is important to show value and respect to the people that have paved the way for all of us and for our country.
