A wide range of outpatient rehabilitation services are available to former Countryside patients who need to continue their recovery progress after discharge, as well as for those whose conditions do not require an initial inpatient stay. Treatment is individualized and interdisciplinary, with much of the focus on home and community re-entry skills.

One of the benefits of using Countryside’s out patient rehabilitation program is that the same therapists are available for both out patient and in patient rehabilitation, thereby maximizing your benefits and outcomes.  This makes the transition into out patient rehab much easier for all, as there is no need to meet and greet new therapists.  Patients get to continue existing, established therapy patterns.
