Terri Eichelberger, R.N. fills a very unique position at Countryside. The Resident and Family Case Manager works as a liaison between the facility and the resident/family unit to establish full understanding of the health care system in long-term care and sets realistic expectations and goals.

Terri brings over 30 years of nursing experience. Most of her experience was spent as a critical care nurse. Terri graduated with her B.S.N. from the University of Illinois and graduated from Northwestern with her degree in Legal Nurse Consulting. She also has her certification as a Trauma Nurse Specialist. Her entry into long-term care came 5 years ago when she felt she had a lot of knowledge, experience and compassion to offer to this population and she has not been disappointed.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, dogs, and raising her grandson.
